Age restriction

Tooth gems are for ages 16 and over.

You may be asked to prove your age at your appointment.

APPlication

Unfortunately, tooth gems do not last on the likes of veneers or composite bonding, and can only be performed on natural, healthy teeth.

The treatment cannot be performed on those pregnant or breastfeeding. or with ongoing dental issues or active infections, such as a coldsore, or around healing wounds such as a fresh piercing or filler.

Your bite type will largely dictate what designs and placement you can get, so don’t be disheartened if I suggest something a bit different to what you had in mind! I want something that will suit you and last well.

Safe application is the most important for me, and I will never do a design that won’t work with each clients individual anatomy, so you will be given a full consultation during your appointment to discuss bite type and your ideas.

PRE treatment advice

I would suggest eating prior to your appointment (as you will not be able to eat for a couple of hours after), and brushing your teeth as normal the day of your appointment. It is a good idea NOT to book lunch or dinner for straight after your appointment.

If you would like to brush your teeth immediately prior to the appointment, I have disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste in the studio.

It may be a good idea to bring a drink for after the application, however I do stock a selection of beverages.

If you wear a metal retainer, I would suggest bringing it with you, though you may have a reduced availability for designs.
